New York, United States- Actor and singer Maya Hawke married musician Christian Lee Hutson in a surprise Valentine’s Day ceremony in New York City on Feb. 14, drawing family members and several “Stranger Things” co-stars to an intimate church service and reception, according to multiple media reports. The wedding marked the couple’s first public milestone since confirming their relationship in 2025.

The 27-year-old actor exchanged vows with the 35-year-old singer at St. George’s Episcopal Church in Manhattan, where Hawke’s parents, actors Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke, were present and her father walked her down the aisle, reports said.

Photos and eyewitness accounts described Hawke wearing a white wedding gown paired with an oversized feathery winter coat, while Hutson appeared in a classic black tuxedo.

Guests included several cast members from the Netflix series “Stranger Things,” among them Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery and Charlie Heaton, according to published coverage of the event.

The couple’s relationship dates back several years through musical collaboration and friendship before becoming romantic in 2023, with public confirmation arriving during a Broadway opening in April 2025.

Celebrations continued after the ceremony at a private Manhattan reception attended by family and friends, media reports said, underscoring the event’s largely personal and low-profile nature despite the high-profile guest list.

Separate coverage noted that some notable co-stars were absent from the ceremony, while others reunited for the occasion, reflecting the dispersed schedules of the ensemble cast.

In related reporting, actor David Harbour was seen elsewhere in New York with a woman while other cast members attended the wedding, according to tabloid coverage published the same weekend.

The marriage follows Hawke’s rising profile in film, television and music, including recent acting roles and collaborative work with Hutson.
